Upon completion of a project milestone, the client will have a specified period to review and approve the work. Failure to respond within this period will be considered as approval.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Any changes or additions to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after the project has commenced.
Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the project. "The Digi Plaza" retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including but not limited to project details and business strategies, confidential during and after the project's completion.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. "The Digi Plaza" reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms and conditions.
"The Digi Plaza" provides a warranty period for its services. Support and maintenance services beyond this period may incur additional charges.
"The Digi Plaza" shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which "The Digi Plaza" operates.
"The Digi Plaza" reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
